About This Program

As yu di Kòrsou and fellow Antianos, we carry patterns inherited from a hard history — patterns that once helped our people survive, but today quietly hold us back. Rooted & Rising walks you through six of them, one by one: vacant self-worth, silence and stigma, fragmented identity, fear-based authority, crab-in-bucket rivalry, and waiting for permission instead of acting.

You'll move deliberately from the inside out: I am enough → I know who I am → I can speak → I can hold my ground → I can rise with others → I can build the future. Module by module, you'll learn to turn your heritage from a source of shame into a source of strength — building the self-worth, voice, boundaries, and agency you need to thrive both at home and out in the world.

The course is led by Gillord P. and Luuk W., and is supported by Slavernij Fonds, Kolektivo Network, and MEO. It pairs honest cultural storytelling with practical tools, real exercises, and interviews with Antianos who have broken these same patterns in their own lives.
