About
Impacto B.V. has been active in Curaçao since 1989 with one goal: driving positive economic impact on the island by creating employment opportunities and empowering both individuals and organizations. From its base at Scharlooweg 19, in the heart of Scharloo, Impacto runs two complementary business lines.
Impacto Staffing connects job seekers across Curaçao, Bonaire and Banda Abou with flexible work and provides employers with customized staffing and HR solutions, alongside vocational education and training. Impacto Cleaning Services delivers tailored cleaning for offices, hospitality, construction and specialized environments — from daily office and window cleaning to deep, façade, industrial-kitchen and post-construction cleaning — using eco-friendly products, modern techniques and continuously trained staff.
Impacto is part of a family of Curaçao service companies that also includes Securitas Antias, Wegenwacht and 247 Taxi, and is led by managing directors Harry Allaart, Laura Dirksz, Jeroen Kibbelaar and Guido Kibbelaar.

Role in the Innovation Hub
Impacto is the cleaning partner of the Curaçao Innovation Hub at Villa Maria. Its team keeps the Hub, its event spaces and tenant offices in top condition, contributing its services in kind so that more of the Hub's resources can flow into programs and the community. As a Scharloo neighbour and a staffing specialist, Impacto also connects the Hub's network to talent and employment opportunities across the island.
